Heavy brass 17th C doorhandle in the form of a lion

A brass doorknob. Overall length of the brass part 13,5 cm. Length of the iron part 9 cm. The brass part is delicately shaped as a lion. The length of the iron part suggests that the handle was used in the lock of an enormous door. The handle is in mint condition. Dutch, 17th C.
