A plane. Long 32 cm. Wide 30 cm High 17 cm. Rebate type. Signed on both ends "F. fleur de lys M". and dated on one side "1766". With original wedge and iron. In good general condition with obvious signs of use and aging. Old treated and now inactive wormholes. On the backside several owner initials. Frans Moret worked in the Utrechtsestraat in Amsterdam between 1734 and 1785. Dated rebate planes are rare.
