An very rare early pewter "bourdalue" or ladies urinal made by H.van Lingen in Amsterdam in 1807.

A pewter "Boudalue" or ladies urinal. High 7 cm. Long 18 cm. Hallmarked on the bottom with a hornblowing angel and "H.V.L." and "1807". Made by H.van Lingen in Amsterdam. Van Lingen was a well known maker of pewter objects and is mentioned several times in Dubbes book on Dutch pewter.
