A 17th C meat-fork in a decorated iron sheath.

A meat fork. Overall length 39 cm. The fork is contained in a nicely decorated iron sheath. Length of the sheath 28 cm. On the sheath a ring for fasthening to a belt. The handle ends in a knob with seven stars within a ring for fixing the fork to a hook. This is a very rare piece indeed. Low Countries around 1600.
