A small painted peat chest. Wide 64 cm. High 58 cm. Deep 30 cm. On the lid and in front a scene with sailing boats and people on the shore watching them. Nice original colours and patina. No restorations or repair. Original "butterfly"-hinges. Made around 1800 in the area called "West-Friesland".
