Two rare early 19th C glass "jenever"-bottles with "knijp"- shape and original stoppers.

Ref.:
21015

Two bottles with original stoppers. Height (without stopper) 21 cm. This type of bottle is called "knijp" (pinch) bottle because of its peculiar shape. Both bottles have a bottom with a polished "pontil" and were made in the first half of the 19th C. Knijpflessen are quite rare. They were used for "jenever" (Dutch gin). The bottles are in mint condition. There is some minor damage to the stoppers.
