A shepherds scoop and a knitting needle holder. Length 23 and 21 cm. Both with initials "J.E.B.". The scoop, made of iron, lacks its wooden pole. The knitting sheath, made of walnut with very delicate traditional carving has a large gap to accommodate a belt. Shepherds in the 18th C. were active in knitting: plenty of wool and time.
