A small blue and white ceramic 18th C. European ointment jar.

An ointment jar. High 11 cm. Diameter 7 cm. Adorned with a coat of arms with a double headed eagle. Underneath a blank space probably for applying a label with the name of the contents. The size is unusual as well as attractive. The jar is definitely European, possibly Dutch, German or French. It is in mint condition with minor signs of use.
