A Wanli plate. Diameter 36 cm. The plate was manufactured in China between 1563 and 1620. It has the classical set up with a landscape with birds and flowers in the middle, surrounded by 16 motifs of floral and other subjects, all separately framed. On the back 14 framed primitive floral items. The plate is in mint condition. No damages, repairs or restorations.
