A painted wooden box with a sliding lid. High 13 cm, wide 28 cm, deep 16 cm. Red paint. Dated "1868", on the other side "A.Bastiaanse". Contains four glasses and 2 small towels with a brass ring. These boxes were used for storing glasses during trips between Middelburg and Domburg in horse driven carriages. Only very few have survived.
